Gradient was a two year project to set up a structured development programme for graduates working in small and medium enterprises (SME's) based in Industrial South Wales. A paper based planner, which was piloted with a group of SME graduates provided a set of generic development tools, which combined with information available through the Gradient Database , gave them access to a wide range of development opportunities suitable to their needs. An electronic version of the Development Planner, on CD, has been produced and may be made available in the future , dependent on funding.
The project came to an end in December 1998 when the ERDF funding expired
